Does the application work on phones and computers?
Yes. Provintor works in a modern browser on phones, tablets and computers.
What are the QR codes used for?
Each item and project can have its own QR code. A scan directly opens the matching record or equipment.
Can we manage multiple inventories, sites and trucks?
Yes. Locations distinguish the main inventory, sites, trucks and rentals.
Which inventory movements are supported?
You can reserve, move out, transfer, return items to inventory or manage a rental.
Are batch movements supported?
Yes. The scanner can prepare several items and complete one movement linked to a project.
Which roles can use the application?
Administrators, managers and field users receive permissions adapted to their responsibilities.
Can we import an initial inventory with Excel?
Yes. An Excel template can be reviewed before confirmation and missing categories can be created without duplicates.
Are backups available?
Yes. Administrators can download a complete backup or use periodic CSV backups.
Are QuickBooks and D-Tools required?
No. These integrations are optional and enabled separately according to the plan.
How is company data isolated?
Each company has its own users, projects, inventories and movements, with permissions enforced by the server.
